Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with our plugins. If something isn't right, tell us. suweb.ai is run by SU Web Agency.

If a plugin isn't working for you

Email support@suweb.ai or use the Support page and tell us what's going on. Most problems (firewalls, hosting settings, connection setup) can be fixed quickly, so give us a chance to help first.

Asking for a refund

If we can't get things working, or you bought by mistake, email support@suweb.ai with:

• the email address you used to buy
• your order or license key
• a short note on why you'd like a refund

We review every request personally and fairly. If we approve a refund, it goes back to your original payment method through Stripe. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank.

What happens to your license

When a purchase is refunded, its license key is deactivated. The plugin will stop receiving updates and support on your sites.

Renewals

Licenses renew yearly. You can manage your keys and renewals from My licenses. If a renewal charge surprises you, contact us and we'll look at it.

Divi GIF

Divi GIF is free, so there's nothing to refund.
