Terms of Service

The rules for using suweb.ai, including how our plugin licenses work.

These terms cover your use of suweb.ai and the plugins you get from it. suweb.ai is run by SU Web Agency ("we", "us"). By using the site or buying, downloading or installing our plugins, you agree to these terms. If you have questions, email support@suweb.ai.

Our products

We make WordPress plugins for the Divi theme:

  • Paid plugins: Divi Bot Bridge, Divi Kickstart, Divi Box & Ship, Divi Brand Swap, and the SUWEB Bundle (all four together).
  • Free plugin: Divi GIF.

Divi is a trademark of Elegant Themes. suweb.ai is independent and not affiliated with Elegant Themes. You need your own copy of WordPress and Divi to use our plugins.

Buying a license

  • Paid plugins are sold as yearly licenses for 1 site, 5 sites, or unlimited sites, at the prices shown on our Pricing page at the time you buy.
  • Every paid plugin includes Divi Bot Bridge at no extra cost.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card number.
  • Licenses are billed yearly. You can manage your keys and renewals from My licenses.

License terms

When you buy a license, you get a license key. Here's what it lets you do:

  • Use the plugin on as many sites as your plan allows (1, 5, or unlimited). Moving a license from one site to another is fine.
  • Use it on client sites. Our plugins are built for agencies and freelancers as well as site owners.
  • Get plugin updates and support for as long as your license is active.

If your license expires, nothing breaks. Your sites keep working exactly as they are. You just stop getting updates (and support) until you renew.

Please don't share, resell or publish your license key, and don't try to get around the license check. Our plugins are licensed to you, not sold. The plugin code is distributed under the license stated in each plugin's files; WordPress plugin code may be covered by the GPL, and nothing in these terms takes away rights the GPL gives you. These terms cover your license key, updates, support and use of suweb.ai.

Divi GIF is free. No license key is needed. It comes as-is, without priority support.

What our plugins connect to

  • Licensing and updates. Paid plugins check your license with suweb.ai to activate and to receive updates. Plugins update themselves from suweb.ai. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what's sent.
  • Your Grok Bot. Divi Bot Bridge and Divi Kickstart connect to your own Grok Bot. Your use of Grok Bot is between you and its provider and follows their terms. We don't control it and aren't responsible for what it does.
  • GIPHY. Divi GIF uses your own free GIPHY API key and GIPHY's terms apply to the GIFs you use.

Support

Support covers problems with our plugins: installing, licensing, connecting, bugs, and things not working as described. It doesn't cover general Divi design help, custom development, or problems caused by other themes, plugins or your host.

You can contact us through the Support page, by email, or with the optional SU Support tool inside WordPress. If you choose to give us a temporary admin login through SU Support, it expires after 72 hours, and you can revoke it any time. We only use it to look into the issue you reported.

Your responsibilities

  • Keep backups of your site. Our plugins include backup and undo features, but you're responsible for your own site and content.
  • Use our plugins legally and only on sites you own or are allowed to manage.
  • Make sure you have the rights to the content, images and brand assets you use with our plugins.

No warranty

We work hard to make our plugins reliable, but they're provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we don't promise they'll be error-free, work with every theme, plugin or host, or meet every need.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SU Web Agency isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or business, arising from your use of the site or our plugins. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the license involved in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms, the site or our plugins will be handled exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. If you keep using the site or plugins after a change, the updated terms apply.
