We're privacy-first. Our plugins run on your own hosting, and we only collect what we need to sell you a license, deliver updates and help when you ask. suweb.ai is run by SU Web Agency ("we", "us"). Questions? Email support@suweb.ai.

The short version

• Your site content and credentials stay on your hosting and in your own Grok Bot. Our plugins don't send them to us.
• Paid plugins send us only a license key, your site address and the plugin version to check your license and deliver updates.
• Support requests only send us what you choose to send.
• We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

What we collect, and why

When you buy

To process your order and set up your license we collect your name, email address and order details. Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we don't see or store your full card number. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the data they handle.

Licensing and updates (paid plugins)

To activate your license and deliver updates, a paid plugin sends suweb.ai:

• your license key
• your site address (URL)
• the plugin version

That's it. Plugins update themselves from suweb.ai using this same check.

Your Grok Bot (Divi Bot Bridge and Divi Kickstart)

Bridge and Kickstart connect your site to your own Grok Bot. That connection is between your site and your Grok Bot. Your content and credentials don't pass through suweb.ai or SU Web Agency.

Support requests

If you contact us through the Support page or by email, we get what you send: usually your name, email, site address, which plugin and what happened.

If you use the optional SU Support tool inside WordPress, it sends us:

• which plugin it's about and your description of the problem
• whether your license key is valid
• your site address
• version numbers (such as WordPress, Divi, PHP and our plugins)
• the email address you want us to reply to
• optionally, a temporary admin login for your site, only if you choose to include one. It expires after 72 hours, and you can revoke it any time. We only use it to look into your issue.

Divi GIF (free)

Divi GIF has no license key and no tracking, and it doesn't send anything to us. GIF searches go from your site straight to GIPHY using your own GIPHY API key, so GIPHY's privacy policy applies to those searches.

Visiting suweb.ai

Like most websites, our server may keep basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running. The store and account pages use cookies needed for your cart, checkout and login.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run the store, such as Stripe for payments and our website host. We don't sell or rent your personal information. We may share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep order and license records for as long as you have a license with us and as long as we need them for accounting and legal reasons. We keep support messages as long as needed to help you and follow up. Temporary admin logins expire after 72 hours.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information by emailing support@suweb.ai. Some records (like order records) may need to be kept for legal or tax reasons. Depending on where you live, you may have extra rights under local privacy laws, and we'll honor them.

Children

suweb.ai and our plugins are for businesses and site builders and aren't directed at children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.
